I believe that children are a gift from God and precious in His sight.  It is a blessing to be able to teach in a Christian school where we can make Jesus part of all we do.  Helping children grow spiritually as well as academically is rewarding because we are not only equipping them for life here on earth, but also for eternity.  Each child has the right to feel respected and safe in my classroom so that they may learn.  I also have the right to be respected so that I may teach.
